Try a LUUM Board

If you haven't had a chance to try one of our boards elsewhere, we offer an all year round try out service in Torbay and the surrounding areas

Give us a call on 01803 362067 or email hq@luum-paddleboards.co.uk and we'll arrange to meet you at a specific beach at a specific time.

This will be a short 10-15 minute board trial, not a lesson or any form of professional instruction, nor is it a hire period, and is of course weather dependent. We can refuse, reduce or extend the duration of session at our discretion.

Before you take part in a 'Try before you buy' you will need to confirm you are in good health, are both a competent swimmer and paddleboarder, and accept that there is a risk of serious injury or death during the activity. You take part at your own risk, and will wear a Buoyancy Aid and leash at all times.

Our preferred paddle locations are below and are (we think!) the best places to paddleboard for beginners and experienced paddlers in Torbay - easy access to the water, shallow sloping beaches + ample parking and access to toilets and café facilities

Even if you've got your own board or are visiting the area we definitely recommend you hit these paddleboarding spots to make the most of your time in the Torbay area;
